FANCL is focusing its efforts on integrating the "voices of customers" (VOC) and data on purchasing behavior to find ways of strengthening the relationship with customers in order to achieve its goal of creating high customer loyalty, or "FANCL fans." In this lecture, the process of customer marketing and specific cases will be introduced.
